In Alkmaar every friday morning, there is an attraction to show the dutch traditional cheese market. The people dress like ancien times, transport the gouda as shown on the picture and weight it with an old scale. It is a pretty big thing and Alkmaar also is a nice city. I recommend it mainly in April or so, to pass by and see the tulip fields as well.------------
A Alkmaar, chaque vendredi matin, une attraction montre le marché au fromages néerlandais traditionnel. Les participants s'habillent à l'ancienne, transportent le gouda comme sur la photo et le pèsent avec une des poids et une vieille balance. Je le recommande en particulier vers avril, pour passer voir les champs de tulipes sur le chemin.
